Served as lead Project Manager for our client as part of a consolidation of three facilities in Montpellier, France. The effort will ultimately consolidate manufacturing, production, research and development, quality control, finance, HR, and other operations to a single facility that will improve efficiency, sustain growth, secure new business, implement streamlined processes, and create a positive environment for collaboration and innovation to attract and retain talent for the client.
