Sean Maloy

Director, Project Management

Serving as Director of the Project Management division in Indianapolis, working on tenant improvement, renovation, and ground-up construction as well as FF&E and relocation projects.

Sean’s oversight spans the full project process, including: initial project scope, strategy and budgeting; design and engineering concepts; contractor bidding, materials and vendor procurement management; construction direction and quality control; ongoing progress reporting and work order-budget adjustments; FF&E and Technology coordination; move management plus project decommissioning; and formal project close-out.

Sean has an impressive, diverse career where each role bands together toward an excellent approach for project management and client satisfaction. Before joining Colliers, he served in progressive management positions in the restaurant industry with the successful Sahm’s Restaurant Group. Prior to that, Sean was a Financial Analyst and Senior Consultant with Baker Tilly (formerly, H.J. Umbaugh & Associates).

Sean enjoys spending time with family, friends and his golden retriever, Charlie. He likes trying new restaurants and breweries, playing golf, traveling and reading. He is a huge sports fan and loves to watch and attend IU, Pacers and Colts games, and much of each fall season revolves around his fantasy football teams.
